Il ristorante messicano Nauroz nasce da un’idea di Ijaz, il quale, affascinato dalle incantevoli coreografie naturali del Tigullio, vista la sua esperienza internazionale come chef, decide nel 2002 di aprire un proprio ristorante con una cucina che a Chiavari non era presente fino ad allora. Quello messicano!
